So, finally the law has been amended so that learners can start driving a car at the age of 17(and a half!) years old, instead of the previous 18 year minimum.

    have they got the law finally sorted, 2 weeks after it changed i went to take a learners license out and they wouldn’t allow me to take one out due to them not having finalized the paper work. is it all clear to go take one out now?
